Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning to real-world practice under a preceptor. You will complete a comprehensive training roadmap with key learning experiences, activities, and leadership time, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of pharmacy operations, including immunizations and customer service.

You will learn SOPs, patient safety, and teamwork while supporting pharmacists and technicians, traveling to stores as needed to support business needs

Qualifications

• Accepted into or enrolled in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians with safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety.
• Provide immunizations and patient counseling where allowed.
• Support training roadmap and store operations.
