• Guide team on the floor to meet productivity and service expectations.
• Coach and onboard team with real-time guidance.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance and escalate issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain organized, stocked Micro Fulfillment Center and assist with duties.
