Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license or national certification within mandated timeline.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing resolutions.
• Experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Resolves and/or provides technical advice on complex or critical issues.
• Determines and initiates appropriate resolution for escalations and reports issues.
• Supervises daily activities of all team members for scheduled shift and provides feedback and coaching.
• Coaches and develops team members and leads.
• Conducts performance reviews and identifies development opportunities.
• Implements process improvements and suggests enhancements.
• Maintains relationships with management to meet department objectives.
• Ensures compliance with laws, HIPAA, policies, and productivity standards.
