Aon plc is seeking a Pharmacy Financial Sr. Consultant to join the Pharmacy Financial Analytic Team. You will support consulting staff on client projects, provide technical and financial guidance, and help manage multiple engagements from scope to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in the PBM/pharmacy space, strong analytical and presentation skills, and experience with large claim data; SQL is a plus. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Active member of the Pharmacy Financial Team.
• Provide technical, financial and consultative support on client projects.
• Assist with RFPs, market checks, engagement materials, and procurement projects.
• Vendor management and contract/clinical program review.
• Support development of products and services; respond to client requests.
