Weis Markets is seeking a District Leadership role to manage up to 25 retail pharmacy locations across the Frederick, Hagerstown, and Hanover areas. The position requires driving operational goals, building a strong team, and ensuring patient care and compliance across the district.

Qualifications

Pharmacist degree (PHARM.D.) or BS in Pharmacy with retail experience.
Active pharmacist license and immunization certification in the primary state of district operations; licensure in all states within 180 days.
Five years in retail pharmacy with at least two years as district manager; working knowledge of pharmacy systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

Lead a district of up to 25 retail pharmacy locations to meet goals.
Develop and retain high performing Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, and Floating Pharmacists.
Oversee workflow, inventory, and customer experience while ensuring compliance and safety.
Drive district performance through data review, staffing plans, and program implementation.
