The position requires a PharmD/BS in Pharmacy, 5+ years in retail pharmacy, and at least 2 years supervising others, with active pharmacist licensure and immunization certification. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $192,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.) or BS in Pharmacy with 5+ years in retail pharmacy.
• At least 2 years as a pharmacy manager; working knowledge of pharmacy systems helpful.
• Active pharmacist license and immunization certification in primary district state; licensure in all operating states within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead district of up to 25 retail pharmacy locations to meet goals.
• Build an engaged, accountable team and provide strategic leadership.
• Translate strategies into district and store-level plans and coordinate programs.
• Oversee implementation of new programs, services, technologies, and workflows.
• Develop and retain Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, and Floating Pharmacists.
• Coordinate staffing with scheduling, recruiting, and HR teams.
• Ensure pharmacy workflow, inventory, and security compliance.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention across the district.
• Monitor performance data and drive improvements across operations.
• Oversee regulatory readiness and medication safety across the district.
• Collaborate with store ops, compliance, scheduling, HR, and marketing.
