Weis Markets is seeking a District Leader of Pharmacy to supervise up to 25 retail locations across the Frederick, Hagerstown, and Hanover MD market area. You will lead a team of Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, and Floating Pharmacists to achieve operational goals and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a PHARM.D. or BS in Pharmacy with 5+ years in retail, active licensure in primary district states, and strong leadership to drive safety and outcomes across the district.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.) or BS in Pharmacy plus five years in retail pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license and immunization certification; licensure in all states the district operates within 180 days of hire.
