Weis Markets is seeking a District Pharmacy Leader to supervise up to 25 retail locations across the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton region. The role requires travel to multiple PA locations and leadership of pharmacy managers, staff pharmacists, and floating pharmacists.

The position focuses on district performance, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and collaboration with store operations and HR to develop talent across the district.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy with five years retail pharmacy experience.
• Active pharmacist license and immunization certification for primary state of operation.
• Experience leading multiple locations and managing pharmacists and staff.

Responsabilités

• Leads a district of up to 25 retail pharmacy locations to achieve goals.
• Builds an engaged team and provides district-level leadership.
• Ensures safe operations, compliance, and pharmacy workflow across sites.
