Weis Markets seeks a District Leadership Pharmacist to oversee up to 25 retail pharmacy locations across the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area and beyond. The role requires strong leadership, operations management, and regulatory compliance to ensure patient safety and service excellence.

The position involves travel to multiple market locations, building a high‑performing team, and implementing district programs, workflows, and improvements to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.) or BS in Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license and immunization certification for the primary state of operation.
• 5+ years in retail pharmacy with at least 2 years as a district/pharmacy manager.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a district of up to 25 retail pharmacy locations to meet goals.
• Builds an engaged team and provides strategic, operational leadership.
• Implements programs, services, and workflows across the district.
• Manages staffing, training, succession planning, and talent pipelines.
• Ensures pharmacy workflow, inventory, and security are maintained.
• Analyzes performance data and market conditions to drive improvement.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and patient safety across the district.
• Represents Pharmacy Services in district and regional discussions.
