Weis Markets is seeking a District Pharmacy Leader to oversee up to 25 retail locations, driving performance, patient safety, and service excellence across the district. This role requires strategic leadership, staff development, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will ensure compliance, optimize workflows, and mentor Pharmacy Managers while aligning with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Pharm.D.) or BS in Pharmacy with 5 years retail experience.
• Minimum 2 years as pharmacy manager; active pharmacist license and immunization certification.
• Must obtain licensure in all district states within 180 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Lead a district of up to 25 retail pharmacy locations to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Develops, evaluates, and retains a high-performing Pharmacy Manager and staff pharmacist team.
• Ensure consistent pharmacy workflow, inventory, safety, and customer service standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and drive improvement across the district.
• Oversee regulatory readiness, patient safety programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
