Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a highly experienced Pharmacy District Manager to lead up to 25 retail pharmacies across Frederick, Hagerstown, and Hanover markets. You will drive district strategy, develop leaders, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient pharmacy operations.

The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with 5+ years in retail pharmacy and at least 2 years in a managerial position. Willingness to travel across the district is essential.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.) or BS in Pharmacy with five years in retail pharmacy
• Two years or more in a pharmacy manager role or equivalent leadership experience
• Active pharmacist license and immunization certification, with multi-state readiness

Responsibilities

• Lead a district of up to 25 retail pharmacy locations to meet operational/financial goals
• Develop and retain high-performing Pharmacy Managers, Staff Pharmacists, and Floating Pharmacists
• Oversee pharmacy workflow, inventory, and regulatory compliance across locations
• Drive district performance by using data to identify trends and implement improvements
