Responsibilities

• Process new patient enrollment by entering data into the system.
• Enter prescription refill orders for processing per HIPAA guidelines.
• Troubleshoot missing information and interpret medical abbreviations.
• Resolve data entry exceptions.
• Handle patient communications via calls, chat, and email; assist prescribers as needed.
• Review third‑party rejections, gather information, and resubmit per plan requirements.
• Provide support to pharmacists on-site and off-site; escalate issues as needed.
• Obtain an active technician license or certification within 90 days and maintain it.
