Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter patient data and register them in pharmacy systems following regulations.
• Process prescription requests and enter fill orders; resolve entry exceptions.
• Handle inbound/outbound communications with patients and prescribers.
• Resolve odds and ends like third-party rejects and data corrections per procedures.
• Assist pharmacists in facility and other locations; flag issues to senior staff.
• Pursue active pharmacy technician license within 90 days and maintain it.
