Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register, and provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice by using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items and assist with stock, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Utilize pharmacy systems for prescription processing, report errors, and support inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies regarding regulated products and pharmacy activities.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain fluency in English and be willing to work flexible hours.
• Prefer candidates with retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
