Responsibilities include:

1. Modeling and delivering a distinctive customer experience.
2. Registering sales and providing courteous checkout service.
3. Assisting pharmacists under supervision with pharmacy operations, including using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient information.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members.

Operations

• Providing fast and friendly service, recommending products, handling transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Supporting pharmacy tasks such as entering patient data, filling prescriptions, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assisting with store displays, food safety, and store maintenance.
• Providing photo services and web order fulfillment.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification and attending relevant training.
• Fluency in English and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Preferred experience includes retail, pharmacy, and computer skills, with a preference for prior Walgreens experience and PTCB certification.

The role offers an hourly wage of $16 - $18, with employment details including full-time status, and no applicable seniority level.
