Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
3. Assist the pharmacist in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems, processing prescriptions, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
4. Engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommend products, handle transactions, manage inventory, and maintain store cleanliness.
6. Support pharmacy operations such as inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with legal standards.
7. Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up orders.
8. Maintain store appearance and assist with special tasks as assigned.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification or relevant state certification.
• Attend training, complete continuing education, and stay updated on healthcare developments.
• Fluent in English; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer prior retail experience, familiarity with Walgreens, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
