Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.
4. Engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommend products, process transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with regulations.
7. Provide additional customer services such as photo processing and web order fulfillment.
8. Maintain store appearance and adhere to company policies.
9. Participate in training, maintain certifications, and develop healthcare knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking), except in Puerto Rico.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably have retail experience, pharmacy familiarity, math skills, and computer proficiency.
• PTCB certification is preferred.
