Job Description
The role involves modeling and delivering a distinctive customer experience, assisting in pharmacy practices under supervision, and performing operational duties to ensure store efficiency and compliance.
Customer Experience
- Engage with customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service, including product recommendations and managing transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and assist pharmacy operations such as prescription processing, error reporting, and inventory management.
- Handle telephone inquiries, process third-party claims, and support pharmacy and store compliance with legal and company policies.
- Assist with merchandising, product placement, and store maintenance, including digital photo services and web order fulfillment.
Training & Personal Development
- Maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with healthcare and pharmacy developments.
Additional Requirements
- Fluency in English (excluding Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
