Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers with product inquiries.
- Assist pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
- Engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- Recommend products, handle transactions, manage inventory, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Support pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up responsibilities.
- Maintain store appearance and support team tasks as assigned.
Training & Personal Development
- Earn and maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing training.
- Maintain fluency in English and be willing to work flexible hours.
- Prefer candidates with retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
