1. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service to customers.
2. Assists the pharmacist under direct supervision, in accordance with state and federal regulations, in practicing pharmacy. Responsible for using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

Customer Experience

1. Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
2. Shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

1. Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, recommending items and assisting in locating products.
2. Handles transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Keeps the store clean, merchandised, and maintains inventory records.
3. Supports pharmacy activities such as entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and checking for interactions.
4. Reports prescription errors immediately and complies with pharmacy policies and the Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
5. Handles telephone calls, processes third-party claims, and supports inventory management activities.
6. Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products, constructs displays, and manages product placement and stock rotation.
7. Provides customer service in the photo area and manages web pick-up responsibilities.
8. Maintains store cleanliness and orderliness, complies with policies, and maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
9. Completes assigned tasks and special projects as directed.

Training & Personal Development

1. Maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.
2. Must be fluent in English, with willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
