Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions, in accordance with regulations.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members to enhance service quality.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items and assists in product placement and inventory management.
• Handles transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and supports pharmacy operations, including prescription filling and inventory activities.
• Ensures compliance with legal and company policies regarding pharmacy and store operations.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintains PTCB certification and participates in ongoing training and education.
• Fluent in English; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: experience in retail and pharmacy, good math and computer skills, prior Walgreens experience, and PTCB certification.
