Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Assists the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions, in accordance with regulations.
Customer Experience
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Shares customer service best practices with team members to enhance service quality.
Operations
- Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Recommends items and assists in product placement and inventory management.
- Handles transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and supports pharmacy operations, including prescription filling and inventory activities.
- Ensures compliance with legal and company policies regarding pharmacy and store operations.
Training & Personal Development
- Maintains PTCB certification and participates in ongoing training and education.
- Fluent in English; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: experience in retail and pharmacy, good math and computer skills, prior Walgreens experience, and PTCB certification.
