Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
- Assist pharmacists under supervision, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
- Engage with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- Recommend products, handle transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management and compliance with laws and policies.
- Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web pick-up orders.
- Participate in store maintenance, special assignments, and adhere to company policies.
Training & Personal Development
- Earn and maintain PTCB certification.
- Attend training, complete continuing education, and stay updated on healthcare and pharmacy news.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer candidates with retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
