Lincare is seeking a customer-facing professional who communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and determine ongoing product or service needs. The role supports compliance with physician directions and involves documenting calls, processing orders, and updating patient information.

Ideal candidates will understand pharmacy terminology, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have the ability to train others while accurately handling dosage and frequency

Qualifications

• Reads and analyzes documents such as patient orders.
• Understands pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and patients.
• May assist in training other employees.
• Calculates figures for frequency and doses dispensed.
• Applies common sense to execute oral and written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Assess needs for additional products or services.
• Verify and update patient demographics in records.
• Educate customers about products and services.
• Document calls in the record keeping system.
• Enter customer orders in the computerized system.
• Ensure accuracy of demographic information in the system.
