Job summary

Talentify is seeking a healthcare customer service representative to assist patients and caregivers. You will answer questions, assess needs for additional products or services, and educate customers about offerings while accurately documenting interactions in the system.

You will also enter orders, verify demographics, and ensure compliance with physician instructions while supporting a team focused on quality care and efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience
• Proficient computer data entry
• Must meet location licensing requirements
• Ability to read and analyze patient orders
• Understand pharmacy prescription terminology
• Strong verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records
