Job summary

Lincare is seeking a customer service representative who communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, identify ongoing and additional product or service needs, and support compliance with physician directions. This role handles inbound/outbound calls, processes orders, educates customers, and maintains accurate records.

• Read and analyze patient orders and related documents.
• Understand pharmacy prescription terminology clearly.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and patients.

• Perform calculations for frequency and doses dispensed.
• Follow oral and written instructions with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls and dialer-generated calls.
