Qualifications

• Retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with RXEVO and H-E-B SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service; work with Pharmacists and Technicians
• Process prescriptions and refill numbers into RXEVO
• Handle transactions and operate the POS system
• Direct customers to pharmacist for counseling
• Support Rx screening events and immunization scheduling
