Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Pharmacy Care Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and support across pharmacy operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with Pharmacists, Technicians, and PCRs to ensure accurate prescription handling and patient care.

Responsibilities include processing prescriptions in RXEVO, managing customer interactions at the POS, and assisting with vaccine scheduling and MTM events while upholding HIPAA and H-E-B SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail; experience in pharmacy a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service in collaboration with Pharmacists, Technicians, and PCRs.
• Process prescriptions and RXEVO entries at POS.
• Direct calls, greet customers, and guide to counselling window.
• Assist with Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, and MTM scheduling.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and SOP adherence.
