Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Pharmacy Care Representative to join a fast-paced store pharmacy team in Texas. You will work alongside Pharmacists and Technicians to deliver exceptional patient care, process prescriptions, verify demographics, and handle RXEVO at the POS.

The role requires strong communication, math skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining HIPAA and SOP compliance. Some duties include flu shot events, MTM support, and inventory management within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail pharmacy or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and patient care with Pharmacists and technicians.
• Process prescriptions and verify patient demographics.
• Operate RXEVO at POS and ensure correct delivery to patients.
• Assist with immunization scheduling and MTM events.
• Manage inventory and stock OTC items.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and SOP compliance.
