Job summary

The role collaborates with Pharmacists and Technicians to accurately process prescriptions, manage RXEVO transactions, and support immunization scheduling and MTM events.

You will handle patient interactions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOPs, and store policies while contributing to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail pharmacy preferred.
• Strong math and cash handling abilities are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service in a team setting with pharmacists and technicians.
• Handle prescriptions, demographic data, and Rx processing in RXEVO.
• Assist with counseling referrals and vaccine-related activities as needed.
• Support inventory and front-end tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to HIPAA and SOPs.
