H-E-B is seeking a Pharmacy Care Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and support pharmacists and technicians in a fast-paced retail setting. You will handle prescription processing, RXEVO system usage, and patient interactions.

You will assist with vaccine-related tasks and community health events, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs while maintaining smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• 18+ age requirement.
• Retail pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service; work with Pharmacists, Technicians, and PCRs to ensure patient care.
• Promote H-E-B telephone strategies; direct calls to the appropriate Partner.
• Process prescriptions and refill numbers into RXEVO; manage Will-Call files.
• Use RXEVO at POS; ensure prescriptions are delivered to correct patients.
• Assist with Rx screening events and immunization scheduling.
