Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Pharmacy Care Representative to join the Pharmacy team in Texas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, processing prescriptions, and supporting pharmacists and technicians in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include patient counseling support, handling RXEVO transactions, inventory and POS duties, and contributing to MTM events as needed. Training and cross-training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail; experience in pharmacy a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy practices is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides/s up erior customer service and works with Pharmacists and technicians to deliver patient care
• Promotes H-E-B telephone strategies and directs calls to the appropriate Partner
• Receives and processes prescriptions and refill information into RXEVO
• Manages prescription deliveries, proofs of purchase, and counseling queues
