Job summary

Responsibilities include processing prescriptions in RXEVO, handling cash at the register, guiding customers to pharmacist counseling, maintaining prescription files, and assisting with immunization scheduling and MTM events

Qualifications

• Retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and patient care.
• Process prescriptions and patient information in RXEVO.
• Handle POS transactions and register duties.
• Direct customers to pharmacist for counseling.
• Maintain prescription files and Will-Call area.
• Assist with Rx screening events and immunization scheduling.
• Maintain OTC inventory and assist with stocking.
• Comply with HIPAA, SOPs and safety guidelines.
