Job summary

Healthfirst seeks a Pharmacy Technician to serve as a Pharmacy Navigator, reviewing medication lists and coordinating MTM services to improve adherence and minimize gaps in therapy.

You will obtain refills, set up new prescriptions, and facilitate access to medications while communicating plan details to members and providers. Bilingual candidates and certified technicians are preferred, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Nationally certified or licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing.
• Experience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists about medications.

Responsibilities

• Review medication lists to support adherence and reduce barriers.
• Help members obtain refills, new prescriptions, and appointments.
• Coordinate MTM interventions with health care teams and pharmacies.
• Monitor member medication adherence with community pharmacies.
