Job summary

BD is seeking an Account Executive for Community and Small Hospital Accounts to accelerate Pharmacy Automation sales within a defined territory. You will build new relationships, expand existing ones, and demonstrate how RxA solutions improve medication management, workflow efficiency, and financial performance.

Lead the full sales cycle, develop territory plans, and collaborate with BD cross-functional teams to deliver business value to hospital leaders and operational stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 5 years of proven healthcare sales experience.
• Experience in pharmacy automation or pharmacy solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on community and small hospital accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory.
• Build relationships with pharmacy directors, hospital executives, finance and operational leaders.
• Understand customer needs, pain points, and budget considerations to tailor solutions.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to close and handoff to BD teams.
