Job summary

BD is seeking an Account Executive for Community and Small Hospital Accounts in a region covering PA, NY, CT, VT, NH, and ME. The role focuses on expanding BD Pharmacy Automation sales across community and small hospital accounts, building trust with pharmacy leaders, executives, and operational stakeholders.

You will drive opportunities through the RxA sales process, develop compelling business cases, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while coordinating with BD

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Proven healthcare or capital equipment sales experience.
• Ability to engage hospital leaders and decision-makers.
• Experience expanding accounts within a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on community and small hospitals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with pharmacy directors and hospital executives.
• Present business cases showing ROI of BD Pharmacy Automation.
• Manage sales process from prospecting to close.
• Maintain CRM records and update forecasts.
