Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a strategic leader for the role of Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting. This remote, full-time position leads analytics efforts across PBM oversight, reporting, and financial analysis while mentoring a team of analysts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare analytics, strong SQL, data visualization with PowerBI/Tableau, and experience with DataBricks and project management. Growth opportunities abound in a servant-leadership environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree required.
5 years of Healthcare experience required.
4+ years of managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics experience including Pharmacy claims, medical drugs, and enrollment.
Must be proficient in writing SQL queries.
PowerBI and Tableau for data visualizations/ dashboards experience.
DataBricks experience preferred.
Experience developing data driven presentations.
Project Management experience required.

Responsibilities

Monitor pharmacy trends and develop and maintain pharmacy reporting.
Support PBM oversight including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing.
Lead a team of analytical resources.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance teams.
Mentor and coach team members to grow professionally.
