Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in a consumer/customer support based environment or in a preceding account supervisor function.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft workplace suite with a focal point on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and internet applications
• Motivation to learn and grow with a business enterprise
• Brilliant customer/customer service abilities
• Top‑notch verbal and written communication skill
• Splendid organizational and time‑management talents

Responsibilities

• Sign up for our Pharmacy Account control team and act as consultative partner with customers and stakeholders
• Support activities related to customers’ pharmacy benefit plans, including new plan setup and plan modifications
• Demonstrate high level of customer service, accuracy, responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in trainer-led education and mentoring within Medicaid, Medicare, and EGWP programs
