Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail pharmacy technician experience is required.
• Active state license certification for pharmacy technicians.
• Experience with prior authorizations and copay programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison services for patients requiring high-cost therapies and navigate access barriers.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, staff, pharmacy and payers.
• Document and educate providers and patients on pharmacy access and affordability.
