Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Liaison to be the primary contact for ambulatory pharmacy access and affordability services.

You will navigate prior authorizations, coordinate with clinics, and support patient access to medications across on-site clinics in California. The role demands collaboration with health system staff and physicians, education for providers and patients, and flexible hours to ensure timely medication access.

Qualifications

• Experience with prior authorizations and copay assistance programs.
• Active pharmacy technician licensure in the corresponding state.
• Retail pharmacy technician experience 1–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison services for high-cost prescription therapies and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, staff, and payers.
• Maintain documentation in EHRs and dispensing systems.
• Educate providers, staff, and patients on prescription fulfillment.
• Support delivery of prescriptions to patients and KPI reporting.
