Responsibilities

• Assist patients, pharmacists and clinicians with medication adherence and prescription assistance programs.
• Collaborate with patients, clinicians and the specialty pharmacy line to provide comprehensive medication adherence support.
• Handle tasks requiring independent judgment and increased competency in patient medication therapy.
• Serve as liaison among patients, pharmacies, payers, and providers with strong task management.
