Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Pharmacy Services Materials Coordinator to manage purchasing, inventory, and compliance for pharmaceutical products across sites.

You will coordinate with pharmacy teams, handle CSOS and DEA 222 forms, maintain DSCSA and 340b documentation, and support daily operations.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of pharmacy materials experience, and a CPhT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of pharmacy field or materials management experience required.
• CPhT certification preferred.
• Registration/licensing as Pharmacy Technician may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Compiles, prepares, and generates purchase orders for pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure minimum supply and align purchases with contracts and high-usage drugs.
• Oversee perpetual inventory and ensure proper documentation for ordering narcotics.
• Coordinate with accounts payable for invoice processing and reconciliation.
