Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Learning Lead, Pharmacy Technician to coordinate training across Dispense & Fulfillment and pharmacy operations at an assigned Colorado site.

This role manages the full training lifecycle: scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and regulatory compliance with a strong floor presence to support teams. The role requires active Pharmacy Technician registration, excellent facilitation skills, experience with LMS platforms, and a deep understanding of USP // and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field preferred.
• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment required.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, GDP documentation, and cGMP regulations related to training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires and ongoing development across operational areas.
• Conduct remediation and retraining sessions to address performance gaps or compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain training schedules in coordination with site leadership.
• Maintain training records and ensure GDP and regulatory alignment.
• Support audit readiness with up-to-date training documentation.
• Utilize LMS to assign, track, and report on training completion and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps.
• Audit tenured associates to ensure continuing competencies.
• Create and update training materials to keep content current.
• Maintain communication with Operations, HR, Recruiting on training priorities.
• Ensure all programs comply with USP <797>/<795>/<800> and cGMP.
