Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile operations and ensure compliance with USP 797, USP 800, and applicable guidelines. The role involves supervising personnel, maintaining safety and quality in a modular cleanroom, and coordinating with the PIC and QA teams to meet regulatory standards.

The position supports day shifts with a focus on training, documentation, and compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist experience with sterile compounding.
• Pharm D or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active Pharmacist License in State of employment (AZ).
• Proficiency in USP 797 and 800 requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP 797 and USP 800.
• Maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on aseptic practices and presterilization tasks.
• Document compounding procedures and QC checks for sterile preparations.
• Review materials prior to use in sterile compounding.
• Coordinate with PIC and Sterile Compounding Manager on regulatory matters.
• Ensure safety, PPE usage, and environmental monitoring.
