Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a pharmacist with strong informatics skills to advance medication safety and clinical workflows in a remote, first-shift role. You will collaborate with clinicians and IT to optimize the EHR and build critical systems.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, EPIC Willow certification, and experience with medication records, interfaces, and automated dispensing systems. Remote work from select states is supported.

Qualifications

• Epic Willow certification required or for eligibility.
• Experience with medication records, formularies, shortages, labeling, interfaces.
• Ability to translate clinical decisions into system build requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leverages pharmacist clinical and informatics skills to support the medication electronic health record.
• Serve as a liaison regarding clinical informatics.
• Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to improve medication safety and workflows.
• Design, evaluate, and implement EHR builds to support practice and patient care.
• Consult with providers, leadership, and clinicians to evaluate information systems.
• Create and analyze data analytics to improve performance.
