Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informatics professional to support the medication EHR and clinical informatics initiatives. You will partner with clinicians and IT to translate clinical decisions into system requirements, design and test EHR builds, and advance evidence-based practice and patient safety.

The role requires EPIC Willow certification, pharmacy licensure, and the ability to work in a remote, first-shift schedule with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional candidates will demonstrate strong clinical judgment with systems thinking.
• Experience with Epic Willow and medication informatics workflows.
• Ability to translate clinical decisions into system build requirements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between clinicians and informatics teams to support medication workflows.
