Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales within an assigned territory by educating healthcare professionals on approved products. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other accounts while achieving sales targets.

The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, with up to 50% travel, including overnight trips and occasional weekend events related to patient programs or company activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven territory planning expected.

Responsibilities

• Territory management and sales execution to achieve goals and KPIs.
• Develop strategic territory plans and maintain customer engagement.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved materials.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Complete admin tasks including expense and call reporting, CRM updates.
