Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts, including development of Scopes of Work and supplier performance assessment processes.
• Best-in-class communication skills with multiple stakeholders—both verbal and written.
• Ability to balance competing priorities to deliver superior service and quickly resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract amendments, quality assurance measures and process flows.
• Execute and document Quality Audits, validating provider compliance with Service Agreement and regulations.
• Lead Vendor Qualification process to ensure providers meet regulatory standards and SOPs.
• Develop and close Work Orders and document changes to processes and workflows.
