Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Workplace Coordinator to support day-to-day delivery of workplace and facilities services for a life sciences client. You will coordinate vendor activity, manage work orders in the CMMS, and ensure service standards across the site.

The role emphasizes supplier coordination, purchase orders, and accurate documentation to maintain a high-quality client experience and continuity of service at the Philadelphia site.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, or related client-facing operations.
• Experience with vendor management and service coordination.
• Hands-on experience using a CMMS or similar work order platform.
• Experience creating, tracking, or coordinating purchase orders and service-related records.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication and customer service in a fast-paced site environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities and workplace services activities across the client site.
• Serve as primary contact for soft services support and vendor coordination.
• Create, assign, and track work orders in the CMMS or similar platform.
• Monitor open work orders and drive timely service completion.
• Support vendor management activities including scheduling and documentation.
