Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to oversee third-party service providers, ensure contract compliance, and drive performance across pharmaceutical-related facilities.

You will lead vendor qualification, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and Quality, while targeting cost savings and service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years in vendor/contract management in regulated industries.
• Proven track record managing multiple vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Experience developing Scopes of Work and managing contract compliance.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage vendor relationships, serving as the primary contact for third-party providers executing service contracts.
• Develop relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders through proactive engagement and reporting.
• Drive vendor performance using KPIs, with reviews and corrective action when gaps occur.
• Lead vendor qualification, ensuring credentials, GDP compliance, SOPs, and policies are followed.
