Job summary

ImpactBio, in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Syracuse, NY. This entry-level, full-time role trains you to promote Pivya to healthcare providers and follow a structured sales process while earning a base salary with performance incentives.

You''ll gain hands-on experience in a national product launch, build relationships with physicians and office staff, and advance toward a high-performing career in pharmaceutical sales. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years experience meeting goals; sales experience helpful.
• Willing to travel extensively within territory.
• Coachable with ability to follow a defined plan and learn.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers in assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide updates and feedback to leadership and stay compliant.
